Most of the songs off the album with the exception of the last two are based upon melodies and chords used in "teach me you secrets," Which in turn was inspired by "Royal Canterlot Voice."

With this EP i wanted to experiment on how many variations i could create from the same core set of melodies. I decided to make a song for each princess, except luna, since i've already created "Moonlit" and "Royal Canterlot Voice" (Which are both included)
